This unique flaxseed eye mask will gently relax you by applying just the right amount of pressure on and around your eyes. Once you lay back and place this mask over your eyes you will immediately begin to feel the easing of daily stress. The soft velvet fabric will also be soothing and the straps will hold it comfortably in place. The inner mask can either be heated or cooled. For warm therapy simply place the inner mask in your microwave for 15 – 30 seconds and it will provide you with moist heat. Make sure it doesn’t get too hot by checking it every 15 seconds. For cool therapy, place the inner mask in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight and use it instead of an ice pack. The outer case is washable in cool water with a mild soap. Avoid getting the contents of the pillow wet. Caution: Use only as directed.
