Our Buckwheat Back Pillow gives you quick relief from chronic or temporary back discomfort that frequently occurs while you are pregnant. Buckwheat hulls have been used as stuffing for pillows for centuries in Asia.

These pillows are very comfortable because they allow the air to circulate through them and the flaxseed helps retain the heat. Pillows filled with buckwheat hulls adjust to an individual's weight and shape without flattening out. They also hold their shape better than pillows filled with more traditional fillings thereby giving you excellent support. And, the soft velvet fabric will make using this pillow a comfortable delight.

The inner pillow can either be heated or cooled. For warm therapy simply place the inner pillow in your microwave for 15 - 30 seconds (some microwaves may take longer) and it will provide you with moist heat to ease the discomfort that is typically the result of being pregnant (never use a conventional oven and never leave your microwave unattended when heating the pillow). Make sure it doesn't get too hot by checking it every 15 seconds. For cool therapy place the inner pillow in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight and use it instead of an ice pack. Avoid getting the contents of the pillow wet. Our buckwheat back pillow is specially designed to provide you with excellent comfort and lower back support. Use the straps to hold the pillow exactly where you want it to be. The soft velvet pillowcase is easily removed and is washable in cool water with a mild soap.
