At MultiplesOutlet.com we have fixed shipping charges. UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground or USPS will be used to deliver your order. We understand that you might want your order shipped using a method other than ground services. If this is the case, e-mail us at: customer care prior to placing your order and we will contact you with a shipping quote. Remember, when choosing a priority service this will only shorten the actual delivery time once shipped from our location. With either service the time between receiving your order & shipping it will remain 3-5 days. Items that have free shipping will be sent by the carrier of our choice. Most free shipping items are very heavy, so in the case that the order includes one of these oversized items your items will be sent through one of our trucking partners. You will receive information regarding your order via e-mail.

APO/FPO via United States Postal Service

This service is intended primarily for Military Personnel and United States Government employees stationed or working outside the Continental United States. All orders being shipped to an APO or FPO address will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Multiplesoutlet.com will calculate the exact shipping cost and if for any reason is less than what you paid, we will credit the difference back to you. If the amount needed is more we will e-mail you the total for approval. Upon your approval (via e-mail) we will then ship your order. Please note this only applies to APO and FPO orders.

International Shipping

If for any reason the system malfunctions and the wrong amount of shipping is charged we have the right to contact you and request the additional shipping charge or if you wish we can cancel your order. This occurrences are very seldom and more than likely it will never happen to you.

Return Policy

We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however mistakes can happen. In this case return it and we will credit your card for the full value of the item PLUS outbound shipping. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original package with all documentation in order for proper credit. Credit will be given as soon as the item has been received.

If the product is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging and documentation for full credit.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with EVERYTHING that you order from Multiples Outlet.com, for that reason we guarantee a full refund (minus initial shipping charge) for all merchandise returned to us within 15 days of purchase that does not meet your complete satisfaction. Items MUST be returned in their original package with all documentation in order for proper credit. However, please see our special order return policy for any maxi mom carriers and maternity belts, as this guarantee may no apply to returns of these item.

Certain items including bedding, cribs, bedding accessories, play yards and some strollers, are Special Order and, as such, are subject to our Special Order Return Policy. Some Items are subject to a restocking fee.

Special Order Return Policy

Unfortunately, we must enforce this policy because we cannot stock Special Order items and they are ordered based on your request. We must charge your credit card at the time that an order is placed with us. All returns and cancellations of Special Order products are non refundable! To avoid this, your order must be canceled prior to Multiples Outlet.com placing your order with the Manufacturer. All orders are sent to the manufacturer within 24 hours of you ordering. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All personalized items, maxi-mom carriers and maternity belts are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be canceled once your order has been placed with the Manufacturer.

**Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

Coupons

We provide a number of ways for our customers to save on their purchases. When placing an order using a coupon you can simply input the coupon code at checkout. Please remember that the following policies apply relating to coupons:

System Refresh

Our database will refresh itself at different times during the week to update for new products or any changes of inventory. While the system is refreshing it is possible to encounter an item with a price of $0.00, If, for some reason you encounter this problem, it could mean that the refresh has not yet completed or the inventory quantity is unknown. The system should not allow you to order; but if it does the order will be considered null and void (for the protection of both the consumer and Multiplesoutlet.com)and will not be proccessed until the correct pricing or inventory level could be determined. The consumer will be contacted and informed of the mistake and given correct pricing. At this time Multiplesoutlet.com will be capable (if so desired by the consumer) of charging any Credit Card the correct amount (once verfied and with written permission, in the form of email, from the consumer).
